Floating into the Unknown

well, its certainly not that i want to complain,
but i would truly appreciate it if my team mates or project mates are more active and takes more initiative in the projects.
you guys are not the only one with busy schedules and deadlines.
but thats not an excuse to leave the project aside.
when there is a tight timeline and insufficient time,
certain things take priority.
i dun understand why some people keeps looking at the nitty gritty details,
and in turn,
lose focus about the entire overall objective.
